Bedford has a number of historic buildings, churches and monuments in addition to the main listings from the town on this website.

Bedford Dutch Reformed Church and church hall
Built in 1894. The old church has served as the church hall since the inauguration of the new church built in 1957

Presbyterian Church

St Andrews Anglican Church
The  church was built in 1882. The church is a simple white-washed building with side-butresses and pointed neo-gothic windows. The entrance portico and vestry were added on later. A similarly styled church hall and bell tower was constructed in 1901.

St John’s Catholic Church
The St John’s Catholic Church in Bedford was established in 1875.
