Karoo Ridge Conservancy is an eco-rangeland where we restore and conserve our 5 000-ha landscape as a viable and sustainable wilderness area. With genuine nature conservation our passion, and “farming for biodiversity” as our mechanism, we manage the property’s natural resources and diverse inhabitants as sustainably and responsibly as possible whilst incorporating the farming aspect. At Karoo Ridge we farm cattle alongside wildlife. Our two eco-lodges welcome guests to experience the natural beauty and wilderness of the Karoo. River Lodge Tucked away in a scenic valley overlooking the Groot-Brak River you will find the River Lodge. With 4-bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it is perfect for larger families, families with small children, or groups of friends traveling together.

Mountain Lodge In the foothills of the Suurberg Mountain, the Mountain Lodge has sweeping Karoo landscapes and sky views. With 2-ensuite-bedrooms, it is perfect for couples or small families with older children.
